Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with sono. We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards. To ensure you find the perfect fit, we accept returns and refunds within 14 days for defective items and size exchanges.

1. 14-Day Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you received your package to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging (including the sono jewelry box and protective pouches).

We accept returns only under the following two circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Size Exchanges: The item does not fit correctly (applicable only to pieces with size variants, such as rings).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for size, unless they arrive defective or damaged. We also do not accept returns for a pure change of mind, style preference, or items damaged due to improper care and normal wear and tear.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • For Defective Items: sono will fully cover the return shipping costs. We will provide return shipping instructions and our corporate SF Express account details for freight-collect once your request is approved.

  • For Size Issues: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.

4. How to Initiate a Return

please visit our Contact Us page and fill out our online form. Once submitted, we will contact you shortly to provide us clear photos/videos. For size issues: please specify your current size and the new size you wish to obtain

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Exchange Process (Return & Re-order)

To get your replacement piece as quickly as possible, we utilize a Return & Re-order system. Once your return package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You can then place a separate new purchase for the correct size directly on our website at any time.

6. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.
